WHEREAS, heretofore on January 16, 2008, Paul E. Glass and Gloria M. Glass did execute to Thomas County Federal Savings and Loan Association, Thomasville, Georgia, a certain security deed to the following land:
Tract 1 (308 Second Avenue):
A lot at 308 Second Avenue, Thomasville, Thomas County, Georgia, more particularly described as Lot 20 in Block 4 of the South Side Addition Subdivision.
Tract 2 (1003 Wright Street):
All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Thomasville, Thomas County, Georgia, being more particularly identified as Lot No. 107 in and to that certain subdivision known as Malletteís Normal School Addition to the City of Thomasville, copy of which plat of said subdivision is of record in Deed Book PP, Pages 292-293, deed records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court, Thomas County, Georgia, said lot fronting fifty (50) feet on the easterly margin of Wright Street and running back one hundred (100) feet.
Said property having located thereon a dwelling known as No.
1003 Wright Street
according to the present numbering system of the City of Thomasville, Georgia, and other improvements.
The above-described tract is shown by an individual plat of survey prepared by Joey Brock, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2977, on November 21, 2006 and recorded in Plat Cabinet 4, Folio 150-E of the deed records of Thomas County, Georgia.

All that tract or parcel of land located in Land Lot Number 41 in the 13th Land District of Thomas County, Georgia and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point which is located on the southern margin of Ruth Lane at the northeastern corner of that tract of land described in a deed from W. N. Hamilton to Lizzie Mitchell, which point is located 75 feet, more or less, from the intersection of the southern margin of Ruth Lane with the eastern margin of Cross Street; thence at right angles southerly along the property now or formerly owned by Lizzie Mitchell and Lelar Atkinson and Etta RE. This is the same property described in a Warranty Deed to Ernest Senior Massey and Henrietta Massey recorded in Deed Book 84, Page 579 among the deed records of Thomas County, Georgia. Henrietta Massey died intestate January 18, 1993, leaving Ernest Massey, Sr. as her only heir at law.
The above-described tract is shown by an individual plat of survey prepared by Barbara L. Herring, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2785, on February 13, 2006 and recorded in Plat Cabinet __, Folio __ of the deed records of Thomas County, Georgia.
NOTE: The property on Pig Sauls Road described in said security deed was released from the security deed.
WHEREAS, the security deed secures a note from Paul E. Glass and Gloria M. Glass to Thomas County Federal Savings and Loan Association dated January 16, 2008 in the original amount of Two Thousand Forty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($248,800.00) and all other indebtedness now or hereafter owing, all as shown by a security deed recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Thomas County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1466, Page 123 and the Affidavit of Title Facts/Scrivenerís Affidavit recorded in Deed Book 1597, Pages 138-139; and
WHEREAS, said note has become in default as to the installments of the principal and interest due and the same now remain due, and the undersigned has elected that the entire debt, principal and interest, become due at once as provided in said note and security deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, according to the original terms of said security deed and pursuant to the power of sale contained therein and the laws in such cases made and provided, the undersigned will expose for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash the above described property, after proper advertisement, on the first Tuesday in December, 2009 between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse door in Thomasville, Thomas County, Georgia.
